WIND-OCEAN DUAL-EFFECT POWER GENERATOR

A wind-ocean dual-effect power generation device includes a base (11) rooted on a sea bed (10), a wind power generator (1) connected with the base (11) above a sea level (20), and an ocean power generator (2) connected with the base (11) under the sea level (20). The wind power generator (1) includes a tower cylinder (12), a cabin (13), a hub (14) and blades (15). The lower end of the tower cylinder (12) is connected with the base (11), and the top end of the tower cylinder (12) is provided with the cabin (13). The hub (14) is provided outside of the cabin (13), and the blades (15) are provided on the hub (14). The ocean power generator (2) includes at least one group of ocean blades (21). After the voltages generated by the wind power generator (1) and the ocean power generator (2) are both increased by a transformer (3) provided in the tower cylinder (12), the electric power is transmitted to a step-up substation by submarine cables (4) and incorporated into the national power grid. The constructions of the submarine cables (4) and the base (11) are all necessary to the wind power generation and the ocean power generation. Because the combined power generation system can fully reorganize the two constructions, the combination of the wind power generation and the ocean power generation can decrease the cost of per kilowatt electricity in power grid.
