<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a driving capability and increase an operation speed of a unit shift register which can be applied to a scanning-line drive circuit having a partial display function. <P>SOLUTION: A unit shift register SR<SB POS="POST">k</SB>constituting a gate-line drive circuit includes a transistor Q1 which feeds a first clock signal CLK to a first output terminal OUT, a transistor Q1S which feeds a second clock signal CLKS to a second output terminal OUTS, a transistor Q3 which charges a gate (node N1) of the transistor Q1 in accordance with the activation of a shift signal SH<SB POS="POST">k-1</SB>of a preceding stage, and a transistor Q8 which is connected between the node N1 and a gate (node N1S) of the transistor Q1S. The first clock signal CLK and the second clock signal CLKS are in the same phase, and only the second clock signal CLKS is activated during a specified period (display invalid period). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
