<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture which supplies a cement composition having high water-reducing performance and excellent early-stage strength. <P>SOLUTION: The cement admixture includes a polycarboxylic acid-based copolymer (A) and an alkanolamine-based compound (B).
