<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup holder device for vehicle seat available as a pocket for storing articles or as a cup holder. <P>SOLUTION: The cup holder device includes: a base board 20 disposed on the rear side of a seat back 15, and a table board 40 located at the lower part of the base board 20, to be rotatably mounted via a hinge mechanism 25, between a storage position along the base board 20 and an extension position at which it is extended horizontally. On the rear side surface of the table board 40, a pocket member 45 is mounted that constitutes a pocket in cooperation with one side surface of the table board 40, to store an object W. The table board 40 has a cup insertion hole 41 through which a cup C or the like can be inserted.
