<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas treatment device of an internal combustion engine capable of smoothly treating blow-by gas even if an operation area is changed. <P>SOLUTION: When scavenging performance in a crankcase is deteriorated since a PCV flow rate is small in a low-rotation high-load area, the blow-by gas is introduced to an oil separator 46 of a low pressure loss. When the performance is not deteriorated, the blow-by gas is introduced to an oil separator 44 of a high pressure loss.
