<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial backlash measuring device for a spline fitting component capable of stably and accurately measuring an axial backlash. <P>SOLUTION: The axial backlash measuring device for a spline fitting component includes: a work mounting device 2 for mounting a spline fitting component 20 with one end thereof facing downward, the spline fitting component 20 being arranged in such a way that an inner circumferential part of an external cylindrical member 22 is spline-fitted to an outer circumferential part of an internal cylindrical member 21 so as to be movable in an axial direction; a work pressing device 3 for pressing the internal cylindrical member 21 on the work mounting device 2; a lifting device 6 with a wedge actuator 5 having a wedge 4 and driving the wedge 4 in an inserting/extracting direction, the wedge 4 being inserted between the work mounting device 2 and the external cylindrical member 22 so as to lift a part of a circumferential direction of the external cylindrical member 22; and a measuring part 7 for measuring an amount of movement of the external cylindrical member 22 lifted by the lifting device 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
