<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal analysis apparatus capable of more accurately calculating temperature distribution of an analysis object, by taking an influence of a conductor in the periphery of a discharge tube or an influence of a leak current into consideration, and to provide a thermal analysis method, a thermal analysis program and a recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: A thermal analysis apparatus 100 comprises: a memory 105 for storing a discharge tube model indicating a discharge tube and a conductor model indicating a conductor; and a processor 110 for controlling the thermal analysis apparatus. The processor includes: dividing the discharge tube model into areas of the first number; calculating a floating capacitance between the respective areas and the conductor; and analyzing temperature distribution of an analysis object based on the floating capacitance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
