<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet ejector that shortens a standby time for completing an adjustment of a functional liquid to be ejected to have a predetermined temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid droplet ejector 8, which changes a colored liquid 31 to liquid droplets 46, ejects the droplets 46, and draws predetermined patterns, includes a first heating-cooling device 41 which heats or cools the liquid 31 and adjusts the temperature of the liquid 31 to the predetermined temperature.
