The present invention relates to a power transmission device. The device of the present invention comprises: a driven gear unit which is formed on a rear wheel shaft, and which has both sides with respective driven gears; and a rear wheel driving device for transmitting upward and downward or forward and backward moving force of a bar to which an external force is applied, directly to a wheel by the engagement of driven gears of the driven gear unit and gears formed integrally with the bar. According to the present invention, upward and downward or forward and backward moving force of the bar to which left and right pedals are coupled, is directly transmitted to the wheel by the engagement of gears of the driven gear unit and gears formed integrally with the bar, thereby transmitting power through a simple configuration.
