PURPOSE: A shoe insole in which a pad for customized balance maintenance is included is provided to reduce the fatigue of a foot by enlarging the close contact area of a sole and concentrating a center of gravity and maintaining stable balance. CONSTITUTION: A shoe insole(10) is composed of a insole main body(20), an inner side heel pad(30), an outer heel pad(40), a inner side metarsal bone pad(70), and a inner side longitudinal arch pad(50). The insole main body has same size and shape with inner side floor surface. The inner side metarsal bone pad is attached in the front end of the bottom surface of the insole main body in order to be coped with first metatarsal head and a third metatarsal head site. The inner side longitudinal arch pad is attached in the middle side of the bottom surface of the insole main body in order to be coped with an inner side longitudinal arch site. The inner side heel pad is attached to the inner side of a heel part of the bottom surface of the insole main body. |
