<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge pump capable of performing the smooth lowering operation of a stem. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid discharge pump, a stem 30 is erected from an annular piston 20 fitted in a cylinder in a vertically movable manner to form a suction hole 42 in a suspension cylinder 41 which is suspended with the annular piston 20 passed through from the inside of the lower part of the stem, and an annular valve seat 43 having a communication part is provided at the lower end of the suspension cylinder to keep the annular valve seat upwardly urged in a repulsive manner by a valve seat member 40. An annular groove 47 is circumferentially formed at the upper surface of the annular valve seat 43, and the lower part of the annular piston is freely fitted in the annular groove. The inner surface of the lower part of the annular piston 20 is abutted on the inner surface of the annular groove 47, and the circumferential surface of the lower part of the annular piston is abutted on the lower surface 47b of the annular groove, respectively. A space S is formed between the outer surface 47a of the annular groove and the outer surface of the lower part of the annular piston 20, and a groove 48 for preventing the shrinkage of a lower side opening is formed in the lower surface of a part of the annular valve seat 43 in the annular groove 47. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
