PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a living body situation determination device that can accurately determine whether a defibrillator is used or not for a patient.

SOLUTION: The living body situation determination device 1 that is for determination whether a defibrillator 2 is used or not for a patient includes: a transmission part 11 for transmitting an electric wave 50 from the breast adjacent part of a patient toward a prescribed reflecting face; a receiving part 12 for receiving a reflected wave 51 that is the electric wave 50 transmitted from the transmission part 11 and reflected by the reflecting face; a detection part 25 for detecting the heart situation of the patient on the basis of the reflected wave 51 in which the receiving part 12 received; a determination part 26 for determining whether the defibrillator 2 is used or not for the patient on the basis of the detection result of the heart situation by the detection part 25.
