<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl device to which a warm water tank can be easily and stably fixed. <P>SOLUTION: A toilet bowl device 10 is placed on the upper surface of a toilet bowl body 1. The toilet bowl device 10 comprises: a private parts washing mechanism 20 having a warm water tank 21 which includes a warm water tank body 22 and a heat-insulating member 23 with elasticity fixed around the warm water tank body 22; a base member 30 which places and fixes the private parts washing mechanism 20 on the upper surface thereof and is fixed on the upper surface of the toilet bowl body 1; and a washing tank 40 fixed to the base member 30.
