<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device against overturning for strongly fixing a motor bicycle. <P>SOLUTION: The safety device 3 against overturning for the motor bicycle at parking has a lower swingable holder 19 and a front latch 43 for housing the front part of the front wheel of the motor bicycle.
