<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient safety of a built-in battery unit when used under a high-temperature state, with simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 includes a temperature detection section 7 to detect a surrounding temperature; a determination section 11a to determine whether the surrounding temperature is in a high temperature state or not by comparing the surrounding temperature detected by the detection section 7 with a previously set temperature value; and a discharge control section 11b to control a built-in battery unit 2 to carry out discharging till an output voltage decreases to a previously set voltage value, when the surrounding temperature is determined to be at the high temperature state by the determination section 11a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
