Disclosed is a gasification power generation plant provided with a gasification furnace (101) which has a fluid passage (131) allowing circulation of fluid to be heat-exchanged with the inside of the furnace and which gasifies fuel to generate product gas; gas purification equipment for removing impurities contained in the product gas generated by the gasification furnace (101); a gas turbine to be driven by gas purified by the gas purification equipment; and a heat exchanger for heating the fluid by exhaust gas discharged from the gas turbine, wherein, when the gasification furnace (101) is warmed up, the fluid heated by the heat exchanger is supplied to the fluid passage (131) compressed by compressed gas.
