Provided are a stable capture unit (58A) which is capable of maintaining an "in" state and a variable capture unit (58B) which is not capable of maintaining the "in" state, wherein if the variable capture unit (58B) has changed to the "in" state in the lottery, a lottery result corresponding to the fill state of the stable capture unit (58A) is determined.
