<p>A method for controlling the activation time in radio resource is disclosed by the present invention. The method includes: a user equipment receives the resource configuration message issued from the network side, and processes the activation time carried in the resource configuration message, then transmits the resource configuration message to physical layer based on the processing result. A user equipment is also disclosed by the present invention, in which an adaptation layer module is set between a physical layer module and a data link layer module. A radio resource control sub-layer module is set to control and manage radio resource, and transmit the received resource configuration message to the adaptation layer module; the adaptation layer module is set to receive the resource configuration message, then process the activation time carried in the resource configuration message and transmit the resource configuration message to the physical layer module based on the processing result, after. The present invention can lighten the load of the physical layer greatly and improve the stability of the physical layer, and it means a great deal to the radio resource management.</p> |
