PURPOSE: Group 6a/group 3a ink is provided to enable the manufacture of a system introducing group 6a/group 3a ink such as a switching element, a photoelectric cell, nonlinear optics, ion battery and high density phase change data storage element. CONSTITUTION: Group 6a/group 3a ink comprises (a) as an initial component, selenium/group 3a complex including a selenium component including selenium, an organic chalcogenide component, and group 3a complex, and (b) a liquid carrier. The selenium/group 3a complex is stably dispersed within the liquid carrier. The organic chalcogenide has chemical formula selected from RZ-Z'R' and R2-SH. The group 3a complex comprises at least one group 3a material selected from aluminum, indium, gallium and thallium complexed with polydentate ligands. |
