<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a processed food product using fish fins containing high-quality taste components since conventionally fins of fish such as sea bream, etc., having been mostly abandoned and not sufficiently effectively utilized. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a processed food product includes the following steps (a) to (c): (a) a separation step for separating fins from fish and acquiring the fins, (b) a drying step for drying the fins obtained by the step (a), and (c) a heat-treatment step for heat-treating the fins obtained by the step (b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
