<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit a control instruction to a plurality of test modules. <P>SOLUTION: The testing device for performing a test for a plurality of devices under a test comprises: a plurality of testing sections for testing the plurality of devices under the test; a test control section for broadcasting a selection command used for performing selection about whether to enable or disable each of the testing sections and a control command used for controlling the enabled testing sections; and a plurality of site control sections, each of which controls at least one of the testing sections and performs processing corresponding to a control command broadcasted by the test control section for the enabled testing sections. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
