<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for taking out a powder compression molding, capable of detecting whether a defective is mixed in a nondefective taken out from a turntable or not, and capable of executing a defective countermeasure against the mixing. <P>SOLUTION: A tablet (molding) T pushed out from a mill 9 attached to the turntable 7 by a lower frame is drawn out to an outside of the turntable by a scraper 28, a nozzle 31 for discharging the defective is arranged in an upstream of the scraper 28 and in an inside of a rotation locus of a mill hole 9a, and the defective Ta quality-determined based on molding information obtained when compression-molded is discharged to the first passage (defective discharge part) Sa with air injected from the nozzle, in this device 3 for taking out the powder compression molding. A detector 35 is arranged between a crossed part C of the rotation locus with the air injected from the nozzle and the scraper, to detect whether the defective is mounted on the lower frame moving therebetween or not.
