<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitance type sensor which is flexible and has a wide measuring range of a load. <P>SOLUTION: An electrostatic capacitance type sensor 5 includes: a dielectric 50 which is made of an elastomer and is formed by laminating a plurality of dielectric layers 500 and 501 having different spring constants in a lamination direction; front side electrodes 01X to 12X which are arranged in the front side of the dielectric 50, and have the elastomer and a conductive filler filled into the elastomer; and rear side electrodes 01Y to 12Y which are arranged in the rear surface side of the dielectric 50, and have the elastomer and the conductive filler filled into the elastomer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
