<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that utilizes a communication function with a portable terminal to obtain purchase information of a campaign commodity from an offline automatic dispenser to impart a point. <P>SOLUTION: An offline automatic dispenser 20 is provided with a reader 24, and is set in a stand-by mode during a campaign period. After pressing a commodity selection button 22 on the automatic dispenser 20, the reader 24 is set valid during a certain period of time. A portable terminal 100 is mounted with a noncontact communication section 120 to transmit a portable terminal ID to the reader 24. The reader 24 returns a server address including the reader ID and portable ID along with purchased commodity information and purchased time information to the noncontact communication section 120 in the portable terminal 100. The portable terminal 100 establishes a connection with a server 50 in stand-by mode during campaign period and transmits the portable ID and ID of the reader 24 along with the purchased commodity information and the purchased time information to the campaign server 50, and makes a reference to the portable ID and ID of the reader 24, and after imparting a point, transmits the result to the portable terminal 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
