摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle having a structure that can sufficiently protect a passenger cabin even if a large external force is applied to an end-framing body.

SOLUTION: Slide rods 47 are made to protrude horizontally along upper portions of side-framing bodies 30 from both ends of upper reinforcing beams 56 provided in the sleeper direction at upper portions of the end-framing bodies 50. Guide frames 48 which hold the slide rods slidably in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body are provided at the upper portions of the side-framing bodies. Platforms 13 having entrance doors are provided at rear portions of the end-framing bodies. The slide rods pass lintels 33a of door frames 33 of the entrance doors and guide frames are provided at upper portions of door pockets 37 provided at the side-framing bodies.
