A method and a communication system for time synchronization are disclosed in the present invention. The system includes at least a base station, an Optical Line Terminal (OLT), and the fiber transmitting information between said at least a base station and said OLT. Said system also includes a clock synchronization server, which is used for transmitting synchronization data with said at least a base station, so as to implement time synchronization between said at least a base station and said clock synchronization server. The system device is simple and low in cost by the solution provided by the present invention. |
