The endo-distractor (2) has a fixation portion (22) comprising an attachment unit for fixation in a surrounding bone material, and a guide section (8) comprising a hole with a counter bearing-internal thread (10). A sliding sleeve (11) is provided with a collet hole to hold the guide section. A set screw (13) is provided with a threaded spindle, which comprises an external thread (12). The sliding sleeve is provided in a thread-less manner at an outer circumference part that encompasses the collet hole. A fixing arm (18) is fixed at the bone material and provided at the sliding sleeve.
