PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fire retardant polyurethane foam composition is provided to obtain a polyurethane foam composition capable of preventing combustion diffusion due to the extinguishing property of an inorganic fire-retardant. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fire retardant polyurethane foam composition comprises the steps of: preparing a primary reaction mixture by stirring, mixing, and blowing isocyanate with a polyol resin premix including polyol, amine-based catalyst, and blowing agent at 20~45 °C; and blending the primary reaction mixture, primary mineral component, inorganic agent and inorganic fire-retardant at 30~70 °C. The inorganic fire-retardant is blended in a ration of 1:1-1:5 based on the weight of the primary mineral component and inorganic agent.
