PURPOSE: A double melt-combining zipper bag, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof are provided to form a narrow adhesive unit with a narrow cutting portion and a mid-adhesive unit on both sides of the zipper bag for improving sealing property. CONSTITUTION: A double melt-combining zipper bag includes a zipper unit offering a zipping function by the unevenness combination, a side adhering unit formed on both ends of the zipper unit, and a heat cutting unit. The side adhering unit includes a narrow adhesive unit(8a) with a narrow cutting portion, and a mid-adhesive unit(8c). A buffer unit(8d) is installed in between the narrow adhesive unit and the mid-adhesive unit. The heat cutting unit includes a heating cutter and a fusing cutter.
