<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an embossed sheet that enables embossing clearly and provides an embossed sheet with good design. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet is embossed with an embossing member having a group of geometrical pattern protrusions 10 and a group of decorative pattern protrusions 20 composed of protrusions 21 which is smaller in number than the group of geometrical pattern protrusions 10.
