<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backside protective film for solar cells, that is superior in low heat storage property, heat resistance, flexibility, scratch resistance, adhesiveness with a member containing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and durability against heat and cold cycles when a surface on a first resin layer side receives sunlight or the like, and to provide its manufacturing method and a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A backside protective film (1) for solar cells of the present invention comprises a first resin layer (11), a second resin layer (12), and a third resin layer (13) sequentially. Each of the first resin layer and the second resin layer is a resin layer (each thickness is 10-300 μm) containing an infrared-ray transmission colorant and a white color based colorant, respectively, each of which contains a thermoplastic resin (rubber-contained reinforced aromatic vinyl based resin, or the like) whose highest glass transition temperature is 90-120°C. The third resin layer is a resin layer (thickness 10-300 μm) which contains a saturated polyester resin and whose dimensional change rate after being placed for 30 minutes under 135°C is ±0.5% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
