<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of lignocellulosic biomass saccharification pre-treatment to easily transfer a saccharification pre-treatment material while effectively preparing ethanol. <P>SOLUTION: The method of the lignocellulosic biomass saccharification pre-treatment includes steps of: obtaining a substrate mixture that is mixed with 5-35 wt.% of a lignocellulosic biomass as the substrate and 5-35 wt.% of ammonia water in a mass ratio of 1:0.7-1:1.3; obtaining the saccharification pre-treatment material that a lignin dissolution or the like is performed by keeping the substrate mixture at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time; and obtaining the saccharification pre-treatment material capable of performing powder-transferring by adjusting a moisture content after the ammonia water is diffused from the saccharification pre-treatment material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
