<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist grip which is excellent in assemblability, has good appearance and high strength when in use. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary shaft of a hinge member includes a shaft protrusion formed integrally with the hinge member and a pin member formed differently from the hinge member. A spring case is disposed in a space formed in a hinge case.
