<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head in which a feeder is provided with a conductive member to be flattened, part of the feeder to be flattened is stably connected with an external device, thereby a piezoelectric body can be made that cracks hardly occur. <P>SOLUTION: The ink jet head includes: an ink ejector; a laminated piezoelectric member in which a spacer having an opening forming an ink supply passage and a diaphragm consisting of a piezoelectric body are laminated alternately; and a nozzle plate installed in the ink ejector, wherein the laminated piezoelectric member, further, includes a feeder formed of a conductive member inserted in a gap prepared between the laminated piezoelectric members, and supplying electric power to the piezoelectric body, in part of the feeder, the conductive member and the laminated piezoelectric member are flattened, the flattened part of the feeder is connected with an external device through a connecting element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
