<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the application amount unevenness of a coating agent whose viscosity changes with time and to improve working efficiency in a method for applying the coating agent. <P>SOLUTION: The method for applying the coating agent includes: a pressure-deciding process (steps S5, S9) of deciding a pressure control data for changing the pressure in response to the time elapsed from hardening start of the coating agent; a trial application process (step S6) of applying as a trial, the coating agent at a preset trial application speed based on the pressure control data; a trial application amount-measuring process (step S7) of measuring a trial application amount of the coating agent; an application speed-calculating process (step S8) of calculating the magnitude of the application speed so that the application amount per unit application length becomes a preset target value; and an actual application process (step S10) of applying the coating agent to a body to be applied by relatively moving the body to be applied and a discharge port according to the calculated application speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
