<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of which a required recording program is deleted as time passes to some extent, even multiple broadcast programs are recorded simultaneously for a certain period. <P>SOLUTION: A video recording device in an embodiment includes first video recording means to receive video signals related to multiple broadcast programs simultaneously, and continuously record the received signals on a recording medium in a first format; program playing back means to playback at least a part of a program extracted as a designated program from multiple broadcast programs recorded on the recording medium; and second video recording means to convert the video signals related to the extracted program into a second format interlocking with the program playback, and record the converted signals on a recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
