<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate more efficiently uplink radio resource to a mobile station by utilizing a report signal. <P>SOLUTION: A radio resource allocation method in a radio base station device comprises: when a report signal for notifying stay quantity of data of a transmission buffer in a mobile station is received, updating stay quantity of data of a management object based on the received report signal; estimating subsequent stay quantity of data based on the last updated stay quantity of data and radio resource quantity for uplink transmission to be allocated to the mobile station; and based on the estimated stay quantity of data, determining radio resource quantity to be allocated for uplink transmission from the mobile station and notifying it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
