<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin resin panel where adhesion between a foaming resin core material sheet and a skin material sheet is secured, and also, a metal reinforcing plate is fixed in a thickness direction thereof, and to provide a method of manufacturing the thin resin panel. <P>SOLUTION: The thin resin panel 100 includes: the plurality of foaming resin core material sheets 122 forming an internal space by joining the inner surfaces 120 of the sheets 122 together; the skin material sheet 124 adhered to the whole outer surface 123 of each of the foaming resin core material sheets 122; and the metal reinforcing plate 125 held in the internal space. One of the plurality of the foaming resin core material sheets 122 has a protrusion 130 on the inner surface 120 thereof, and the other of the plurality of the foaming resin core material sheets 122 has a recess 131 in the shape being complementary to the protrusion 130 on the inner surface 120 thereof. By fitting the protrusion 130 into the recess 131, the metal reinforcing plate 125 is held between the foaming resin core material sheets 122 to be fixed in the thickness direction of the plate 125. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
