<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly minimize data amount of image data to be distributed. <P>SOLUTION: When a browsing request for a document file is sent from a mobile phone 11, a data processing server 13 communicates with a document storage server 12 to obtain the document file requested to be browsed and detects file formats of image data that can be browsed on the mobile phone 11 (applicable file format) from an ID code of the mobile phone 11 and a terminal definition table. Then the data processing server 13 converts the document file requested to be browsed into all of the applicable file formats to create image data in all of the applicable file formats, and compares data amount of the created image data with each other to distribute the image data whose data amount is minimum to the mobile phone 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
