<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component combination device and a component combination method with which the redevelopment of an application is not needed and components can be replaced while the application is running. <P>SOLUTION: Combination components are replaced with combination candidate components, based on information on combination components indicating components to be combined out of multiple components, and information on combination candidate components indicating candidate components for the replacement of the components to be combined which differ from the components to be combined.
