<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely remove a measuring function tentatively installed on an application even with an occurrence of failure in software or other kind. <P>SOLUTION: Application servers 122 and 124 receive a request for adding a tentative dynamic measurement to an application from a manager 108 of a computing device through respective connections 720 between the computing device and the application servers. The application servers, in response to the request, add the tentative dynamic measurement to the active application and mount a callback 716, which determines whether respective connections are unexpectedly disconnected, on the computing devices through the respective connections with the same.
