The invention is distinguished in that the piezo element (1) has an inductive element (L) electrically connected to it such that an electric parallel resonant circuit is formed by means of the inductive element (L) and a capacitance (C). An electric parallel resonant circuit is provided which effectively increases an electric output power for an apparatus according to the invention.
