A radio resource management method and device supporting Voice services over Adaptive Multi-user channels on One Slot (VAMOS) technique are provided by the present invention. The method includes: when a Traffic Channel (TCH) is mapped to a frame of one sub-channel of the VAMOS channel and a Slow Associated Control Channel (SACCH) is mapped to the same frame of the other sub-channel of the VAMOS channel, the power of the TCH in the frame for the users sharing the VAMOS channel is decreased. By decreasing the power of the TCH mapped to the same frame as the SACCH, the radio resource management method and device can reduce the interference to SACCH and improve the system performance. |
