The embodiments of the present invention provide a speech signal processing method and device, and an access network system. A speech signal processing method includes the following steps: an encoding speech signal transmitted from a User Equipment (UE) is received, the encoding speech signal comprises a first sub-stream, a second sub-stream and a third sub-stream, the first sub-stream comprises a Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) (301); by adopting a decoding algorithm, the decoding processing of the first sub-stream, the second sub-stream and the third sub-stream is performed, wherein, the decoding algorithm based on the CRC auxiliary decision is adopted to perform decoding processing of the first sub-stream (302); the decoding results of the first sub-stream, the second sub-stream and the third sub-stream are transmitted to the base station controller, the decoding result of the first sub-stream comprises the decoding byte stream and the CRC check result (303). By improving the decoding performance of the first sub-stream, the embodiments of the present invention can improve speech quality and satisfy the higher requirement of the user for the speech quality.
