The embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device for service flow information synchronization. The method includes: a local device receives the service flow synchronization information transmitted from a device to be synchronized, wherein said service flow synchronization information carries service flow synchronization indication information and terminal service flow information stored locally in said device to be synchronized; if said service flow synchronization indication information indicates to perform service flow synchronization, the local device performs the service flow information synchronization between local device and said device to be synchronized according to the terminal service flow information in said service flow synchronization information. The device can be a terminal, a base station or a gateway.
