PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION OF IBUPROFEN FOR INJECTION

摘要

Pharmaceutical composition of ibuprofen for injection comprising an aqueous solution of ibuprofen and trometamol. These compositions exhibit minimal loss of active principle and acceptable production of impurities following autoclaving, which properties have been demonstrated in distinct types of container, such as containers of plastic material of polypropylene, PVC and polyethylene type, together with glass containers. These compositions following subjection to autoclaving continue to comply with all corresponding technical specifications of the European Pharmacopoeia and that of the USA.
