PURPOSE: An electromotive scroll compressor is provided that the structure is simplified and the number of necessary parts is reduced. CONSTITUTION: An electromotive scroll compressor comprises a housing, a driving part, a scroll compressor, a mainframe(200), and a thrust plate(300). The housing comprises the refrigerant inlet and refrigerant outlet, the driving part comprises a stator, a rotor, and a driving shaft, the scroll compressor compresses refrigerant including the rolling scroll and the fixed scroll. The mainframe supports the driving shaft in the inside of the housing. One or a plurality of rotation prevention projections is formed in the inner circumference of the mainframe. It is arranged between the mainframe and the rolling scroll and the thrust plate supports the rolling scroll. One or a plurality of rotation stopper portions(310) hanging on the rotation prevention projection is formed in the outer circumference of the thrust plate.
