<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent clogging in a pipe caused by a fluid, by eliminating liquid retention in a pipe on an upstream side of a diaphragm valve. <P>SOLUTION: A diaphragm valve 1 is installed in a pipe 23 in which a liquid compound flows, in such a manner that the valve is tilted with respect to a direction L2 upward and orthogonal to the fluid propagation direction L1, to give an open and close direction of the diaphragm in a range from 30 to 90° (θ2) in a circumference direction of the pipe 23. The pipe 23 is installed in such a manner that the fluid propagation direction L1 in the pipe 23 is obliquely downward and that an angle formed by the fluid propagation direction L1 and the ground surface G is larger than 0° and equal to or smaller than 50°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
