NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFIER AND NUCLEIC ACID INSPECTION DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid amplifier which can simultaneously treat a plurality of kinds of samples with different protocols and starting the treatment of a different sample even if a process is ongoing; and a nucleic acid inspection device using the same.

SOLUTION: The nucleic acid amplifier includes a holder 3 having a plurality of temperature adjusting blocks 10 which respectively hold at least one reaction vessel 105 housing a reaction fluid, and the temperature of the reaction fluid is individually adjusted in each reaction vessel 105 by temperature adjusting devices 14 and 15 disposed in the plurality of temperature blocks 10 respectively. The temperature and timing of the temperature change set in each block 10 are controlled independently from the temperature of the other block 10.
