<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device which corrects discharge amount to a discharge amount change of an ink liquid droplet while minimizing image defects before and after switching a drive pulse with a simple structure and maintains stable high image quality. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device includes: a discharge amount detector for detecting the discharge amount of the ink liquid droplet discharged by a nozzle; and a discharge amount controller for switching the drive pulse which supplies to a heater arranged at a recording head according to the discharge amount change.
